How Villow Fractional works

The familiar feel of an exchange, on a structure a lawyer can sign off, not a public stock market.

  1. 1

    One asset, one company

Each property is bought into its own ring-fenced SPV. You co-own that company's secured debentures.

  2. 2

    Fixed quarterly coupon

The SPV pays a predetermined coupon from rental surplus into escrow, every quarter you hold.

  3. 3

    Exchange in windows

Buy or sell units inside a periodic window. All orders clear together at one uniform price, no live order book.

  4. 4

    Redeem at exit

When the asset is sold, your capital is returned with any gain, apportioned equally per unit.

Talk to our people

Your number goes to one team — ours. Never sold, never shared.

Secured & trusteed

Debentures are secured on the asset, with a debenture trustee, trust deed and escrow.

Private, not public

Up to 200 investors per asset per year, by private placement under s.42, never a public offer.

A facility, not an exchange

Liquidity is a private, eligibility-gated transfer facility in periodic windows, not continuous public trading.

Offerings are made by private placement under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013 and are not an invitation to the public to subscribe. Coupons shown are indicative and depend on the asset's rental surplus and the final offer documents (PAS-4); they are not guaranteed and capital is at risk. Villow does not operate a securities exchange or a continuous market; any liquidity is via a private, eligibility-gated transfer facility that clears in periodic windows, not public trading. Prices shown are past cleared prices or par, not valuations or quotes. Nothing here is investment advice. See the primary offerings →
