Property values can rise or fall. Asking prices are not valuations, past appreciation does not predict future performance, and a buyer may be unable to resell at the expected price or time.

Construction, approvals and possession can be delayed. Plans, amenities, specifications and availability may change subject to law and the governing agreements. Review the builder's filings and signed documents, not marketing material alone.

Public records and RERA filings help with diligence but do not replace a lawyer's title search. Disputes, encumbrances, approval gaps or filing errors may exist. Regulatory requirements and taxes can also change.

Loan approval, rates and eligibility are controlled by lenders. EMIs may change with interest rates, and property can take substantial time and cost to sell. Do not rely on expected rent or resale proceeds to meet obligations unless you can absorb a shortfall.

Villow checks information against sources available to us and labels anything unverified, but data can become outdated or contain errors. Confirm material facts again immediately before signing or paying.
