How the score works. RERA registration (25), experience (15), projects delivered (20), possession punctuality on live projects (25) and verified-listing coverage (15). Where a factor has no data (e.g. a developer with no live under-construction listing), it is marked not scored and the total is normalised over the factors that do apply. It is Villow's analytical opinion, not an official rating.
Scores are computed from observable signals in the live listing corpus and public registration status. A delivered legacy society from a now-distressed developer can be perfectly safe to own, read the narrative on each profile, not just the number. Not an official rating or investment advice.
