M3M Paragon 57 construction status: project and unit records explained
Why a ready-to-move unit label does not automatically prove project-wide completion, and what to verify.
A status label needs a date, a document and a defined scope.
Villow currently labels the broader project fixture under construction and shows a RERA-filed possession date of 30 June 2027. Separately, the listed ground-floor unit is labelled ready-to-move. They describe different records.
Physical access to a unit, completion of a block, project completion and legal permission to occupy are not interchangeable. Ask exactly what an OC or CC covers.
What the official record adds
The certificate records 23 December 2022 as the registration date.
Completion or occupation must still be proved for the exact component and date; registration alone does not establish it.
